Crème Brulee

Owned by Michael Booth. Length 5 metre and built around 1923. We do not know the definite history of this boat. However it is a local. What I was told from the previous owner is that it is a Logan design built by Lidgard at Kawau Island, French Carvel Kauri construction. Has an Austin Thetis 7 hp engine. It spent most of its life on Lake Tarawera we understand. Andrew Lang previous Harbourmaster of Rotorua Lakes found it in a shed in Rotorua and the motor in pieces at Okere Falls and began the renovation. He then moved it to Kawhia.  I bought the boat motor etc from Andrew and completed the renovation. We don’t know it’s original name and any information regarding its heritage would be greatly appreciated.
