The Lake Rotoiti Classic and Wooden Boat Association is proud to display a selection of boats at the Village Green on the Lake Front, opposite Eat Street from 4pm - 8pm

Members and the public are invited to view these and chat to the owners.

Captains Briefing and 30th Celebration Dinner

The Pre-Parade Captains' Briefing and dinner will be held at the Distinction Hotel on the evening of Saturday 6th February, 2027.

Classic Wooden Boat Parade
Sunday Feb 7th 2027
The 30th Annual Lake Rotoiti Classic & Wooden Boat Parade will be held on Sunday Feb 7th 2027. (Rain date: Monday 8th February, 2027). The parade starts at 11 am with 3 canon shots; one at 10:50 pm, one at 10:55 and 11 am. Assemble in the Okere arm from 10am.

This is followed by a picnic at Wairau Bay.

That evening prizegiving and light dinner at the Ramada.

Inside Out Cruise

Hunt for clues on the Lake.

Parade Viewing
There is an onshore area for viewing the start of the parade a few hundred metres south from the Okere Store. An MC will announce the boats as they pass. The parade will start with a canon fire.
