She was built in Matakana in 1913 and used for mail delivery to Kawau Island until 1915. In the 1960's she was used for fishing out of Leigh and Matakana until 2000 when the Martin family found her at Half moon Bay and transported her to Rotoiti for a complete refit. She is powered by a 20HP diesel and is a very well known lake boat.
