A plywood launch, Lady Mary II is powered by a Ford 10 Series E93A petrol engine. She was purchased in 1994 by Ivan and Judith Staite who found her in a paddock where she had been for 4 years. The hull has a shallow V (5 degrees) at the transom and the well flared bow provides easy riding with minium pounding, a quick lift on to the plane and a steady straight running ride with good downhill stability.
