Victoria is a single skin kauri planked hull with a transom stern and a coal burning steam engine. The engine, designed and built by Wayen Larsen in 1992, is a vertical double column twin simple expansion device with a Stephenson link motion reversing gear. At 350rpm the engine delivers 4HP. this steam boat is a credit to Wayne Larsen's ability as a boatbuilder and engineer.
