Built by Alf Dickenson at Ngongotaha, the hull is one of three clinker boats Alf built to take guests out on Lake Rotorua. She was purchased by the Savage family who owned it for most of it's life until Bill Fowler found it in 2000 under as hedge in derelect condition. Bill restored the boat over two years adding a steam engine. The vertical fire tube steam boiler and 2.5HP single cylinder 2.5 x 2.75 engine were built by Wayne Larsen.
