Annual Light Parade
The annual "Light Parade" was held on 1st January
2007. A superb show was put on for all to see. A last minute change of venue
for the BBQ due to the frequent heavy showers was required and thanks must
go to Caroline and Willem for the use of their facilities.
As the evening darkened the flotilla, led by our commodore Buzz, proceeded
to Otaramarae, Teal Bay, Te Weta Bay, Okawa Bay and then to the Okere Arm where the
evening finished around 11.30pm.
